I learned of Waves from a friend after telling him I was considering joining the other club. After meeting with Dean and learning what they had to offer I decided to join. I have been a member for a few months now and I must say that I can't imagine being more pleased with the decision to join Waves. No buyers remorse , no regrets whatsoever. In fact, it has been an excellent experience all the way around.The people here have been absolutely terrific. Very nice people, upbeat, professional, and always willing to do what they can for you. I have gotten to know a few of the dock-masters, Steve (Head Dock-master), Casey, and Tyler, and all are fantastic. The CS staff, Lu, Sara and Gwen are always awesome to speak to and really do what they can to help out, every time.I dropped by the Stickney office (which isn't the CS office, btw) one morning to see if I could make a last minute arrangement for a boat. Donna, the Financial Manager was there and helped me out without hesitation. She jumped right in and did what she could for me.I haven't been on any of the member sunset cruises or other activities that they coordinate but for anyone looking to meet new people and enjoy those types of experiences I can only imagine that it would be just as well run. I highly recommend Waves Boat and Social Club.
